Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Nulliparous women 2. Age: 18-40 yrs 3. Low risk singleton pregnancies, vertex presentation. 4. 37-41 weeks period of gestation. 5. Spontaneous labor
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with hearing impairment. 2. Women with known severe anxiety disorder.

Acceptability for future labor and child birth.Timepoint: From establishment of active phase of labor ( more than or equal to 5 cm cervical dilatation ) until full dilatation.
