Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants having sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus diagnosed by clinical examination. Age group 18 to 40 years Participants with written informed consent. Pilonidal Sinus with length below 10 cm confirmed by MRI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus HbA1cgreater than 8 percentage Bleeding disorder Tuberculosis HIV Hepatitis Other venereal diseases.
