Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ) INCLUSION CRITERIA clinically diagnosed patients of fissure in ano. Patient willing to participate in study. Patients having age between 18-60 years. Patients will be selected irrespective of sex, marital status ,religion ,educational and economical status. Patients having acute Fissure in a symptoms like pain, ulcer .less than 6 weeks. Co-operative patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate in the study. Patients of Fissure in Ano associated with Hemorrhoids , Fistula in Ano or other Ano- rectal conditions, and chronic fissure Patient s with any major systemic illness i.e. TB and CA. Non co- operative Patient. Patients with diabetes mellitus. Diagnosed case of HbsAg and HIV positive patients. Diagnosed case of Crohn s disease. Bleeding disorders. Severe anemia. ANC women and A lactating mother.
