Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Osteoarthritis knee 2. Patients over 40 years 3. Patients who give consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to give consent form 2. Immunocompromised patients 3. Patients on medication for other systemic illness 4. Occurence or recurrence of old autoimmune inflammatory arthritis
