Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed patients of fissure in ano . Patients having age between 18-60 years. Patients will be selected irrespective of gender ,,marital status,religion,,educational and economical status. Patients having acute and Chronic Fissure in ano . Patients with Controlled diabetes mellitus. Co-operative patients. Patient willing to participate in study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate in the study. Patients of Fissure in ano associated with Haemorrhoids, Fistula in ano,Crohn s disease or other ano- rectal conditions. Patient s with any major systemic illness i.e. TB and CA. rectom Non co-operative Patient. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. Diagnosed case of HBsAg and HIV positive patients. Bleeding disorders. Severe anaemia. ANC women.
