Health Condition 1: L219- Seborrheic dermatitis, unspecified

Interventions

Intervention1: Topical Tofacitinib 2% cream.: 1 fingertip unit which is 0.5grams of Tofacitinib 2% cream applied topically on the skin two times a day for two weeks with follow up at 4 6 and 8 weeks.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients aged more than 2 years with clinically diagnosed endogenous facial eczema. 2 Willingness to participate with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Use of systemic immunosuppressive therapy within the last 4 weeks. 2 Active skin infections at the site of application. 3 Known hypersensitivity to topical drugs. 4 Other facial dermatoses.

Clinical improvement in symptoms like erythema, scaling, and pruritus using SCORAD (SCORing Atopic Dermatitis) for Atopic Dermatitis and Local Clinical Score (LCS) for facial Seborrheic Dermatitis. Timepoint: 1.5 years—
