Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients either genders between 20 60 years of age both years inclusive patients having classical lakshana of nidranasha like angamarda shirogaurava jrumbha jadyata glani bhrama apakti tandra diagnosed case of insomnia according to the guidelines mentioned in DSM5 for 3 Month and above patient ready to give inform consent and abide instruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below 20 years and after 60 years Insomnia secondary to major mental disorders Pregnant and Lactating Women Patient with RTA Alcoholism Patient with drug dependency like antihistamines and narcotics Patient with severe pain and orthopnea, uncontrolled DM and HTN Patient having chronic illness like IHD COPD Malignancies and other medical conditions
