Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years of age Patients who provide written informed consent to participate in the study Patients clinically diagnosed with internal derangement of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) based on symptoms such as pain clicking deviation locking or restricted mouth opening Patients willing to undergo MRI and TMJ tomogram imaging as part of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not consent to be part of the study Patients below 18 years of age Patients with acquired deformities of the temporomandibular joint like TMJ ankylosis condylar fracture condylar hyperplasia condylar hypoplasia, arthritic conditions Patients with congenital and syndromic deformities affecting the temporomandibular joint
