Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly aged 60 and above Elderly with sufficient ability to hear and speak Elderly those willing to participate and give consent Elderly with RUDAS score Greater than or equal to 23 Elderly with mild to moderate stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep quality scores before intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly who were critically ill or bedridden Elderly with RUDAS score Lessthan or equal to22 Elderly with severe stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep quality scores before intervention Elderly have recently participated in any non pharmacological intervention

A significant reduction in psychological aspects, such as stress, anxiety, and depression, along with an enhancement in sleep quality and happiness will be found among elderly after the application of Reminiscence intervention.Timepoint: 6 weeks
