Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students aged 18 25 years. Regularly attending lectures and practical sessions. Willing to participate and provide informed consent. No history of major spinal trauma, surgery, or congenital spinal abnormalities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with a history of spinal fractures, major trauma, or spinal surgery. Students with neurological disorders or musculoskeletal conditions affecting posture. Students currently undergoing physiotherapy or treatment for back pain. Prolonged Bike Riders Yoga and Gym persons are Excluded.
