Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group above 18 to 60 years sex: Both RA factor positive ACPA positive ACR 2010 Criteria more than 6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other joint diseases,Patient with uncontrolled HTN, DM, CVS, Hepatic, Renal, Pulmonary diseases,Pregnant and lactating women,Drug or Alcohol addicts,H/o Intra articular corticosteroids drugs,Other Autoimmune diseases
