Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 50-70 years who have achieved menopause. 2. Women with BMI between 18.5 and 35kg/m . 3. Women with sedentary lifestyle. 4. women with good cognitive function and the ability to follow exercise instructions independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with osteoporosis-related fragility fractures or severe musculoskeletal conditions affecting mobility. 2. Women with neurological disorders (e.g., Parkinson s disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis). 3. Participants with Uncontrolled hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, or diabetes that contraindicate exercise. 4. Women undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) that could significantly influence body composition outcomes.
