Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patient with age between menarche to menopause (12-50 years). 2. Patients complaining symptoms of Asrigdara such as excessive uterine bleeding with PBAC score equal to or more than 100. 3. Patients with PBAC score 100 to 200. 4. Patients complaining menstrual bleeding more than 7 days or menstrual cycle interval less than 21 days. 5. Patients having hemoglobin more than 7 g%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient suffering from AUB complicated by non-responding anemia and confirmed for surgical interventions. 2. Cases associated with pelvic pathologies like uterine fibroid, adenomyosis, polyp, malignancies of uterus or cervix, pelvic inflammatory disease, post-menopausal bleeding. 3. Patients with any systemic diseases. 4. Patient using any oral contraceptive pills, or IUCD, or hormonal therapy. 5. History of recent delivery or abortion. 6. Bleeding disorder. 7. Severe anemia. (Hb more than 7gm/dl)

1) Reduction in Rajastrav Kalawadhi (Duration of menstrual flow ) 2) Reduction in Rajastrav Mantra 3) Maintain appropriate interval in between two menstrual cycle 4) Reduction in PBAC SCORE Timepoint: 1) Treatment duration- 30 day 2) Observation - 0th, 30th day 3) Follow up on - 15th, 30th day of treatment, and 1 month after treatment.
