Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 15 30 years under fixed orthodontic therapy. Localized mild to moderate gingivitis patients with a minimum of 24 permanent teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to any mouthwash ingredient Regular analgesic or anti-inflammatory drug use within the past 24 hours. Active periodontal disease, mucosal ulcers, or systemic conditions affecting pain perception. Pregnancy and lactation. Uncoperative patient. Smokers
