Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with sub-acute ischemic stroke between 2weeks to 6months with Spasticity Grade below 2 based on Modified Ashworth Scale also Brunnstrom Stage 4 and above of both Upper extremity and Lower extremity with MoCA score less than 25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any other neurological disorders in the brain and spinal cord Patients with any chronic health condition for which physical exercise are contraindicated
