Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age between 18 to 70 years of either gender 2 Primary Insomnia like Insomnia without Identifiable Cause and Psycho physiologic Insomnia 3 If the complaint is Jrimbha Tandra Angmard Shiro Gaurav Jadya Glani Bhrama and Apakti 4 Insomnia Severity Index ISI score greater than 7 5 A Global Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index PSQI score greater than 5 6 Willing to come for regular follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients below 18 and above 70 years of age 2 Patients suffering from chronic Insomnia who were addicted to sedative medications and taking any drugs possessing sedative effect will be excluded also patients of Rajyakshma Unmada or Apsmara 3 Secondary Insomnia like Transient Situational Insomnia also Insomnia Associated with Neurological Disorders Mental Disorders Drug or Alcohol Dependent Insomnia 4 Patient with systemic uncontrolled disease like type I or II diabetes hypertension hypotension etc 5 Pregnant or lactating women
