Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged between 21 and 40 years 2)have regular menses (25-34 days) 3)who have at least one D3/D5 embryos derived from IVF/ICSI treatment cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with 1)endometriosis, 2)immune diseases, 3)recurrent abortion, 4)donated sperm or oocyte, 5)uterine abnormality, 6)ovarian cyst or previous ovarian surgery, 7)history of previous IVF failure, and any known contraindications or allergy for oral estradiol or progesterone therapy 8)if their clinical history included percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration or testicular sperm extraction.

To compare the pregnancy outcomes (Implantation Rates and Clinical Pregnancy Rates) between modified natural cycle (mNC) FET and conventional HRT FET cycle in women with regular menstrual cycles.Timepoint: assessed at 2weeks post FET, 6weeks - early pregnancy scan
