Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed with Alopecia or related forms of alopecia confirmed by dermatological evaluation Presence of stress as indicated by a Perceived Stress Scale PSS 10 score greater than 13 Male participants aged 18 to 35 years Patients willing to give informed written consent for participation Patients willing to comply with regular follow-up and complete the study period
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with alopecia due to secondary causes such as Chemotherapy Radiation therapy Systemic autoimmune diseases eg SLE dermatomyositis Severe psychiatric disorders eg schizophrenia bipolar disorder that may interfere with psychological evaluation or treatment compliance Patients currently under conventional immunosuppressive therapy or steroid treatment for alopecia Pregnant or lactating women due to hormonal influences on hair loss and limitations in assessing psychological stress objectively
