Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the adults patient with Drug Resistant Epilepsy of age group 18 to 70 years. Able to communicate verbally and agree to participate in the study. Had a diagnosis of epilepsy for atleast 1 year of duration. The patient who understands Hindi or English. Patient had stable clinical condition at the time of assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with significant psychiatric comorbidity illness. Patient with other systemic illness like Chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease that affects mental state of the patient. Female pregnant patient diagnosed with Drug Resistant Epilepsy. An inability to complete relevant education and scale filling.
