Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged between eighteen and sixty years. Willing to participate in the study. Able to provide written informed consent. Able to understand and complete questionnaires. Physically fit to perform light yoga activity. Not currently taking psychiatric medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a diagnosed psychiatric illness. Individuals who practice yoga regularly more than two times a week. Individuals with an acute illness or physical limitation that prevents participation in yoga. Individuals who are unwilling to participate or do not provide informed consent.
