Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Traumatic condition 2 Patient willing to be registered for study with written consent. 3 Spasmodic pain in the lower abdomen during menses 4 Pain radiate to lower back and medial aspect of thighs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pragnant and lactating women 2 patient not willing to be register for study 3 patient who needs surgical intervention 4 patient taking oral contraceptive pills
