Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: more than 3 months neck pain tenderness more than 3 Restircted Neck ROM Participants scores between 5-34

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non Mechanical cause of neck pain like fracture , srugery, trauma, Neurological involvement, systemic involvement any kind of drugs
