Inclusion criteria: Participants clinically diagnosed with Acute Fissure in Ano Duration less than 6 weeks Age group between 18 to 50 years Participants with written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having a known case of malignancy syphilis tuberculosis HIV hepatitis Participants having Inflammatory Bowel Disease
