Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients posted for robotic assisted total hysterectomy. Patients with American Society of Anaesthesiology ASA class 1 or 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with history of allergy to test drugs. Patient with neuromuscular disease.

Post operative recovery of expiration muscle strength by measuring Internal oblique muscle thickening fraction in mm.Timepoint: Baseline that is pre induction then at time of extubation then at 15 minutes and 30 minutes after extubation
