Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must be a player of any sport involving jump training Athletes who are training at least 3 times/ week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with history of cardiovascular, renal, pulmonary disease. Participants with history of musculoskeletal injury or any orthopaedic limitation. Subjects having any type of neurological, cognitive impairments
