Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Children in the age group of 6-12 years. 2)Requiring invasive treatment of maxillary molars. 3)Children with Frankl s behavior rating scale of definitely positive (++) and positive (+). 4)Patients who are willing to undergo treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Children with special healthcare needs. 2)Children with medical conditions contraindicating the use of local anesthetics containing adrenaline. 3)Soft-tissue infection/inflammation near the area of injection 4)Non-vital teeth or teeth with dentoalveolar abscess/cyst/fistula
