Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants satisfying diagnostic criteria with grade 2 ankle sprain 2.Age group of 15-35 years 3.Injury within 72 hours (3 days) onset 4.Willing to participate and provide written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Associated fracture, dislocation, or avulsion injuries. 2.Presence of skin infection, open wound or ulcers at the application site. 3.Hypersensitivity to Dhanyamla, Murivenna or Marma gulika. 4.Current use of oral or injectable Corticosteroids or NSAIDs.

Subjective parameters 1. Pain with VAS scale 2. Ankle joint tenderness 3. Assessment based on FADI(foot and ankle disability index) Objective parameters 1. Range of movement using goniometer. 2. SwellingTimepoint: 0th day (before the procedure), 7th day, follow-up after 1 month of intervention.
