Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Established history of immune-mediated bilateral dry eye disease, as per DEWS II criteria or DEWS III criteria in patients with Sjogren s syndrome, DED associated with connective tissue diseases, OGVHD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active infections, keratitis, exposure changes, previous ocular surgeries within 3 months, pregnancy

MeasureTime frame
In patients with immune-mediated dry eye disease, assess improvements in eye dryness scores and ocular staining scores following instillation of topical lifitegrast 5% after 12 weeks.Timepoint: Baseline and 12 weeks after treatment

MeasureTime frame
In patients with immune-mediated dry eye disease, assess improvements in conjunctival goblet cells (number and area) following instillation of topical lifitegrast 5% after 12 weeks.Timepoint: Baseline and 12 weeks after treatment
