Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with Lakshanas of Vataja Shirashoola Tension Headache Patients of both variants episodic and chronic Tension type headache for more than 3 months to 3 years Patiens fit for Nasya Karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering with other types of Shiroroga which mimics the Vataja Shiroroga lakshana like Pittaja Shirashoola and Kaphaja Shirashoola Patient suffering from other systemic diseases like Diabetes Miletus Hypertension Hypothyroidism Nutritional deficiency that interferes the course of treatment Patients suffering from other type of primary Headache like cluster and Migraine headache Secondary headache arising due to pathological conditions occurring in eyes nose ear and oral cavity Pregnant and lactating women suffering from Tension Type Headache
