Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Paediatric individuals presenting with fever greater than or equal to 99.5 degree F The patient is being managed on an outpatient basis without requiring hospital admission at the time of enrollment The patient receiving mefenamic acid as an antipyretic treatment and other concomitant medications prescribed will be captured Patient or LAR agreed to provide written informed consent
