Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy school teachers aged 25 55 years Willingness to modify dietary, physical activity, and sleep behaviours Ownership of a smartphone for follow-up and adherence monitoring Willingness to provide written informed consent Ability to participate in the study for the full 6-month duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed non-communicable diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, or chronic respiratory disease Pregnant or lactating women Physical conditions that restrict participation in physical activity Psychiatric illness or cognitive impairment affecting compliance Currently enrolled in any weight management or structured lifestyle program Use of medications affecting body composition or metabolism Any medical contraindication to exercise

Design outcomes

Primary
