Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male and female archery players aged 18 35 years. Minimum 1 year of consistent archery training. Training frequency of more than 3 days per week. Current neck pain at the time of screening (self-reported), mild and moderate range will be included. And according to NDI , neck pain is identified as mild disability and moderate disability range will be included. Willing to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Current or recent (less than 3 months) neck or shoulder injury (sprain, strain, tendinopathy, rotator cuff injury). Current pregnancy (due to postural changes and ethical considerations). Unwillingness or inability to complete questionnaires (NPRS, NDI) or follow instructions during photogrammetry.
