Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants satisfying diagnostic criteria within the age group of 20-65 years irrespective of genders. Carpal tunnel syndrome diagnosed cases having Stages 1 and 2. Participants with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fractures of bone in wrist ,elbow and shoulder joint and in conditions where there is suspicious of fracture. Those who are under medications for pain and swelling (NSAID)within 24hrs. Those who underwent Corticosteroid injection for the past 6 months. In situations involving Acute injuries or trauma. BCTQ questionnaire value 11 or below for symptomatic assessments will not be considered for study. A VAS grading below the level of 3 will not be considered for the study.

BCTQ Questionnaire,Phalens maneuver,Tinel sign, Pain using Visual Analogue scale,Tenderness using Tenderness grading scale,Paraesthesia,Grip strength by dianamometer,Range of motion by gonio meter. BCTQ Questionnaire will be considered to prove the hypothesis.Timepoint: Assessment will be done before treatment on day 1 and after the treatment on day 7. Follow up will be done after 1 month (37th day).	—
