Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with good systemic health and able to maintain good oral hygiene. Patients with clinical and radiographic evidence of Grade Il furcation defects involving mandibular molars (on split mouth design). Patients not under antibiotics or any other medications affecting periodontium in last 6 months. Patients with no history of periodontal therapy in past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating females, History of tobacco consumption, Habit of smoking and tobacco and Patients not willing to give consent.
