Health Condition 1: K060- Gingival recession

Interventions

Intervention1: Mixed thickness tunnel technique (MiTT): A vertical incision will be performed laterally to the base of the papilla and 1-2 mm apical to the mucogingival junction (MGJ) on the mucosa. s

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female subjects of age 20- 50 years. 2. Patients with good general health and good oral hygiene. 3. Presence of at least two adjacent gingival recessions of RT I which is â?¥ 1 mm either in maxilla or mandibular arch.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic conditions (such as uncontrolled diabetes and Hypertension) that would contraindicate the surgical procedures and the patients who are on medications which is known to interfere with periodontal healing. 2. Pregnant or lactating mother. 3. Patients having any Infectious diseases such as hepatitis, tuberculosis and HIV. 4. Patients who are smokers and tobacco users.
