Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Donor site after skin graft harvest of size more than 20x10 cm Post-infective,post-traumatic or surgically created wound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Less than 18 years and more than 65 years. 2)Severe anaemia and Hypoproteinaemia )Immunocompromised state 4) Uncontrolled Diabetes 5)Psychiatric conditions 6) Collagen vascular disease 7)The patient is on systemic steroids.
