Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ayurveda therapists with minimum 3 years of job experience Mild to Moderate score on NOSS Scale Wilingnesss to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals dignosed with psychiatric illness. Individuals on psychistric drugs. Having major systemic illness (CAD,CLD,Thyroid disorder)
