Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 30 to 60 years. 2.Female participants. 3. Known cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus on less than or equal to two hypoglycemic drugs (Biguanides and Sulfonylurea group). 4.Fasting blood sugar (FBS) more than or equal to 126 mg/dl and less than or equal to 200 mg/dl.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus on insulin or more then 2 hypoglycemic drug with complications. 2.Aged more than 60 years 3.Pregnant and lactating Women. 4.History of systemic illnesses (Cardiovascular diseases, Pulmonary diseases, Renal diseases).
