Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients of either gender aged eighteen to sixty five years, scheduled for elective endoscopic nasal surgeries under general anaesthesia. Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status One or Two.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic agents. 2 Patients with severe hepatic disease, severe renal disease, or severe cardiac disease. 3 Patients with cognitive impairment affecting the ability to assess postoperative pain scores. 4 Patients who have used opioid analgesic medication within twenty four hours prior to surgery.
