Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with hemiplegia following stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) confirmed clinically or radiologically (MRI/CT). Age between 30-70 years Individuals having Voluntary Control Grades more then 3 Muscle tone grade of 1 1 plus on the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) Both male and female hemiplegic patients will be included. Ability to follow instructions and participate in therapy sessions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe spasticity in the upper limb (Modified Ashworth Scale grade 2,3 or 4) Recent surgery of the neck or shoulder Presence of other neurological disorders (e.g., Parkinson s disease, multiple sclerosis) Uncooperative patients or those unable to follow instructions Presence of shoulder subluxation Diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) of the upper limb
