Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male and female cricket bowlers aged of 18 to 35 years. diagnosed with posterior shoulder tightness and glenohumeral internal rotation defect. shoulder internal rotation loss greater than 20 degrees compared to non dominant side

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with acute shoulder injuries or fractures. Recent shoulder surgery within the past 6 months. current participation in other physiotherapy treatment.
