Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female patients aged between 18 and 60 years. 2.Patients diagnosed with a lower limb fracture confirmed by X-ray or other imaging techniques. (operational definition of lower limb fracture break in contuinity in the cortical continuity of lower limb bones (tibia, fibula, or femur), impairing the weight bearing function of the limb) 3.Patients who have been in the acute phase of fracture healing (less than 1-2 weeks post-injury). 4.No history of severe medical conditions (e.g., cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or immunodeficiency) that could interfere with bone healing. 5.Patients who are willing and able to comply with the study protocol and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Fractures involving the upper limbs or spine. 2.Patients with contraindications to participating in physical therapy or energy healing (e.g., epilepsy, pacemaker users, or severe psychiatric conditions). 3.Any other condition that could significantly impair the healing process (e.g., active infection at the fracture site).
