Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with any one or combination of the following lipid profile values- Total Serum cholesterol (200 239 mg/dl), Serum triglyceride (150- 499 mg/dl), LDL ( 130-190 mg/dl), HDL ( greater than 25-40 mg/dl )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women. History of any severe systemic illness such as chronic liver disease, chronic or acute kidney failure, malignancy, or autoimmune diseases. Patients with chronic gastrointestinal disorders such as peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, or irritable bowel syndrome. Individuals with known allergies to any of the study medications. Patients currently taking, or who have taken, any lipid lowering agents, hepatotonics, purgatives, or Munjiz drugs within the last thirty days. Patients with uncontrolled comorbid conditions such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus with HbA1c greater than eight point five percent, or uncontrolled hypertension. Patients diagnosed with ischemic heart disease or with a history of stroke. Individuals with psychiatric illnesses that impair compliance or understanding of the study protocol. Patients with known endocrine disorders affecting lipid metabolism such as Cushings syndrome, polycystic ovarian syndrome, or hypothyroidism. History of alcohol or substance abuse within the past six months. Patients with body mass index greater than thirty five kilogram per meter square.
