Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both males and females Patient between 18 and 65 years of age Clinically diagnosed individuals presenting with facial Melasma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who are pregnant or breast feeding based on medical history Individuals with a history of skin allergies or known sensitivity to hydroquinone Individuals with a history or present diagnosis of any major illness, such as diabetes mellitus, immunological disorders like HIV Cancers and high blood pressure etc. Patients who have undergone chemical peels or facial laser treatments in the past 9 months and have been using sunscreen or sun-protective creams in the last 1 month. Use of any topical skin lightening agents within the past 1 month
