Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Post-CABG Surgery:Participants must have undergone coronary artery bypass grafting within the last 6 weeks and be in a stable postoperative condition. 2.Cardiac Clearance:Participants must be cleared for physical activity by their cardiologist. 3.Informed Consent: Participants must be able to provide informed consent and comprehend the study objectives. 4.Technology Access: Participants must have access to a smartphone or computer with internet connectivity for digital interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbidities: Individuals with uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, severe musculoskeletal disorders or other conditions that limit exercise participation. 2.Cognitive Impairment: Participants with cognitive impairments prevent adherence to rehabilitation protocols. 3.Psychiatric Disorders: Those with severe anxiety, depression or other psychiatric conditions that could interfere with the study.
