Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18-25 years Willingness to participate and give informed consent. Irrespective of gender and social status. Having more than 4 hours of screen time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known psychiatric illness or history of mental health treatment (e.g., depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) Personality disorders (e.g., Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder [OCD], Borderline Personality Disorder, etc.) History of mental trauma (e.g., post-traumatic stress disorder [PTSD]) Chronic physical illness that affects mental health Hyperthyroidism or other endocrine disorders Females with known hormonal disorders (e.g., PCOD, PMS-related severe anxiety) Use of medications that influence mental health (e.g., sedatives, antidepressants, mood stabilizers) History of any substance addiction (e.g., alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or other addictive substances)

MeasureTime frame
Excessive screen time may lead to elevated anxiety levels, especially in young adults. Anxiety elevation may not be uniform,it may vary in each individual depending on their Deha Prakriti.Timepoint: 74 weeks

This study may help in understanding Prakriti-based differences in screen time effects, thereby offering insights for more personalized approaches to anxiety management.Timepoint: 75 Weeks
