Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who receive mechanical ventilation. Both male and female patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients after 24 hours of intubation. Patients already diagnosed with fever, pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome. Patients with cervical and spinal cord injury. Patients already intubated from outside hospital
