Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi participants fit for Vasti participants with positive SLR test 30 to 90 Participants fulfilling ICD10M51.1Criteria Participants who are willing to give informed consent Raised ESR and HsCRP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases like Rheumatoid arthritis, uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus HbA1C greater than 7.5 percent Pregnant women Road traffic accidents & infective conditions of the spine History of spinal surgery and vertebral fracture. Participants not fit for Vasti
