Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with BMI in the range of Overweight and Obese category according to WHO Asian BMI classification standard and express willingness to take part in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female subjects 2. Subjects with hypertension, acute illness or who have recently undergone surgery. 3. Recent history of injuries affecting any joints, bones or muscles of the body. 4. Subjects on any medication at the time of study. 5. Subjects involved in substance abuse, which encompasses alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, and other related substances.
