Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy students of age group between 18 to 25 yrs of both genders, willing to participated and to continue Sudarshan Kriya Yoga practice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects who are practicing any form of yoga, subjects with history of hypertension, diabetes, liver disease, malignancy, thyroid disorders, cushings syndrome, autoimmune diseases, acute & chronic inflammatory conditions, any addiction.
